A TEN-MAN Coagh team snatched a draw in the final minutes of a fiery match played at Hagan Park on Friday night.

Coagh took the lead on four minutes when Steven Hawe curled in a twenty yard free kick.

Annagh responded straight from the restart, a stinging drive from Michael Crowe was pushed onto the cross bar by Coagh's Johnny Yorke and as the ball rebounded it hit Dean Smith on the back of the head and into the net for the equalizer.

Two minutes later Annagh were awarded a penalty after McCordick was upended in the box. Smith converted for his second of the match.

As the match boiled over Coagh's captain Steven Hawe saw red after a confrontation with Annagh's Dean Smith who also got a Yellow for his part.

Backs against the wall Coagh held on to go in at the break just a goal down.

It took a heavy rain storm at the start of the second half to calm things down.

Ex-Coagh striker Scott McCordick rattled the woodwork and missed a host of chances for Annagh as Coagh pushed forward.

The home side made forwards up to four but it was left back James Ferguson who took the glory after curling in from the left to level on 90+2 to salvage a point for Coagh.
