CRUSADERS produced a workmanlike performance to overcome the challenge of Championship visitors Warrenpoint Town at Seaview.

The Crues moved in front on 19 minutes through Chris Morrow after his header from a Stuart Dallas corner beat 'keeper Jonathan Parr.

Moments earlier Jordan Owens had a great opportunity to open the scoring only to turn a header straight at the visiting custodian.

Gareth McKeown made it 2-0 to Crusaders a minute into the second half with a thundering 30-yard drive into the top corner.

David Rainey then added a third on 74 minutes with a low header from a Morrow cross.
